Nearly there . . .

Hello friends!

Sitting at a cafe at London Heathrow now. I'm shaking from both the British coffee I've drank, and the thrilling sensation that goes with knowing I'm about to board a plane to Africa!!! Hard to describe really. I feel this deep, deep energy and drive in my bones, and I'm ready to get to work! I started feeling it at the airport yesterday. Feels like I switched into a higher gear. I feel very focused and present and clear on what I want to accomplish. There's so much to do. Can't wait to get started.

I was just added to the www.bodytalksystem.com site as an instructor this morning! I am so excited. An instructor, really?!? Got some great advice last night on how to get the information I have out to the masses from my aunt Andrea who's been boarding African refugees in her home near Chicago. Everyone's given me such fantastic advice and support for my trip. I'm so, so grateful. Noel gave me a book on Africa, and I've been reading up on all the countries and learning more and more.

I've had such a fun time at the airport! The British are very entertaining. I keep thinking of you Laura. I've got loads of equiptment to document my trip, and this huge tri-pod that seems to attract the attention of everyone. They all seem to think I'm a professional photographer, and I'm starting to believe them! I look pretty rugged without make-up, and I must look like I work for National Geographic or CNN. : ) I think I'll carry the tri-pod around Africa, regardless if I'm filming, to command the same attention and respect. No one knows what BodyTalk is, but if I have a tri-pod, I MUST be up to something important. : ) Who thought I'd learn such a valuable lesson at the airport. Thank you KYOKO!!! Thank you London Heathrow!!

I just finished reading some wonderful material by Andreas Mortiz. I absolutely recommend his books. They are fantastic!!!! Order them at www.ener-chi.com. I am especially fond of his books on AIDS (Ending the AIDS Myth), cancer and general wellness. Be prepared to re-learn everything you think you know on the subjects. His books will change the way you live, and change the way you think and change the way you see these so called deadly diseases. Absolutely amazing. There is so much freedom in knowledge. Isn't it spectacular. All the fear just melts away and you feel this deep responsibility for your own life and your own body. It all starts to make sense. It resonates intuitively. Very empowering. Very cool.

Love to you all! Next stop . . . Africa.

Lauren
